Returns and Exchanges

You may return undamaged items in new condition for refund within 30 days of delivery. These items should be in their original packaging. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by email or phone and obtain an RMA.

Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us for an RMA number before sending it back. Items returned to us without an RMA will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returns will not be accepted on items that are:

  • Damaged or missing parts
  • Returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Returned without notification
